Weigh In #4!

SUCCESS!... Well for the most part. I did manage to have breakfast most days!

So this weeks change is making lunches and bringing snacks with me to work and to school. When you eat mostly out of vending machines it adds a lot of calories to your every day diet.

And for the weekly weigh in...

Previous Weight: 163.4 lbs
Current Weight: 162.4 lbs

I am feeling amazing about that! After last weeks disappointment I am so happy with a pound! That makes my total weight loss 2 pounds so far! It may not seem like a lot, but it means a lot to me.

I hope you are all as happy as I am right now!

  1. Awesome news 1lb! Thats the rate I lost 37 pound at 1lb a week is the best way as your more likely to keep the weight off and maintain a healthier weight! Well done!
