I failed my challenge this week. I don't think I had breakfast once this week. But in my defense there was a lot of changes to my mornings that made it slightly impossible. But still I failed and am disappointed in myself. So I am sticking to the same change and will accomplish my goal this week.
Previous Weight: 163.2 lbs
Current Weight: 163.4 lbs
I am not happy, but at least I didn't gain a full pound! So far I have lost 1 lbs total!
aww don't worry about it! the beginning stages aren't very easy anyway and life happens so don't let that discourage you:) good luck this week<3
