This is not my first experience with the e.l.f. primer, and I grabbed one at Target when buying cat food months ago. I never used it until my beauty buying ban last month, which was very successful I might add. I started using this little guy every day and fell back in love with the formula. It brightens my eyes and gets rid of my blue veins. It also works for a good amount of the day which is amazing for the price.
My one issue with this product is the packaging, I hate the dispenser. I don't want to put the same thing to my eyelid every day, it is kind of gross. But again I remember that I only paid $1 for an amazing formulation.
That's ridiculously cheap, almost a freebie and for that it seems to work really well :o). Xx
